Open Frame

MSC 16,5 cm Open Frame DisplayOpen Frame is the name for a mechanical mounting into which a TFT display is integrated. The installation dimensions therefore no longer correspond to the TFT display dimensions but the outer dimensions of the mechanical mounting. The mounting device (front or side mount) is used to fix the TFT to the frame. An Open Frame monitor consists of a TFT display, an AD card, an inverter and the associated cables.
An OSD Print (on-screen display) and a touch sensor can also be installed as an option. The fpds Open Frame solutions in our standard range are especially matched. Individual requirements such as different touch technologies, actively cooled housings or displays for outdoor applications (sunshine readable) can of course be integrated in order to meet customers’ wishes.
Our product range is designed for the specialised markets of industrial automation, medical technology, multimedia, industrial process measurement and control technology, information technology, signal technology, cash management, etc. and is already present in many applications.
